Trainees’ Union is the trainees’ body concerned with looking after the welfare of the trainees/student-teachers. Trainees’ Union represents the student-teachers within the Institution and is the voice of the trainees, upholding dignity and spirit of harmony. It is responsible for providing a variety of services to student-teachers. It provides personal, educational guidelines and the overall development of the trainees. General elections are held annually and the elected leaders function under the guidance of the Lecturers in charge. The Trainees’ Union plans and organizes important events like College Week, Fresher’s Social, Teachers’ Day and publication of Annual Magazine

Other Information: There are different Committees and Cells which cater to the need of Trainees for the smooth conduct and functioning of the Teacher Education Programs, viz., Discipline Committee, Internship Committee, PSTE Committee, Games and Sports Committee, Micro- Teaching Cell, Canteen Committee, ICT Cell, Grievance Redressal Committee, Examination Cell.
